4S Themes

The 4S Themes page makes it easy to share and apply custom looks for your index board. A Theme Hub / store link is available at the top of the page.

Note: at the time of this article, the hub link is not live

Upload a theme

Use the Upload Theme section to add a new theme.

Theme Name (optional)
You can rename the theme here, but the theme’s JSON code will auto-name it if you leave it blank.

Zip File
Upload the theme as a .zip file only.

Image requirements

Card images: 1920 × 1080
Background image/video: 2K or 4K
- 2560 × 1440
- 3840 × 2160
- 4096 × 2160

Apply a theme

In the Apply Theme section:

Select Theme
Use the dropdown to choose from the themes installed on your board.

Then click Apply (green button) to activate it.

Manage installed themes

In the Themes list, you can manage your saved themes:

Delete Theme
Remove a theme from the board.

Card Override
Override individual card images from the selected theme:

Choose the card you want to override.
Click Choose File and select an image (or video) from your PC.
Save/apply your changes.

Note: Videos can also be used as card visuals. Use the provided instructions on the page to resize/compress videos if needed.

Loop : if you upload a card that's a video
Mute: if the video has audio.
