Here you can add new cards or edit existing cards that display on the board.
Header
The title shown on the card.
Header Image
The image displayed above the header title.
Wallpaper
The background image used for the body of the page.
At this time, solid color backgrounds are not supported, but this may be added in a future update. Note: that the wallpaper will be visible when the user clicks into the card
When uploading a wallpaper:
Minimum size: 1920 × 1080
Maximum file size: 3 MB
Card Inserts let you add special elements to a card page. Once an insert is used on a card, it may not be selectable again.
Important: When you enable a Card Insert, the General Text box is disabled. If you want body text on the page, enter it first before selecting an insert.
General Text displays the main text on the body of the card page.
Before hiding General Text or adding inserts, make sure your body text is already written.
Leaders
Displays the senior Team Leaders (TLs) or team leaders for your line’s 4S board.
Note: Up to six cards can be shown (max) anything over will be hidden under the "More" accordion.
Zones
This option will be removed in a future update due to functionality issues.
Photomosaic
Displays your floor map broken into sections (color-coded).
In the future, this may support creating 3D views of the line (similar to Google Street View).
Kaizen
Highlights team member Kaizen work and can display Kaizen profiles using PDF files.
Button Text Option
Allows you to customize the text shown on the card button.
3D Models
Upload and display a 3D model on the card. Note that loading time may be impacted depending on network speed.
