The Main Wallpaper section controls several key parts of the board—such as slogans, Kaizen scan codes, and the wallpapers used on both the index and login pages.
Application Slogan
Enter the 4S slogan that will display on the index page. You can also adjust the font and text style.
Board Name
Set the name of the board (example: “Door Line 4S Board”). This helps identify which line or area the board is used for.
Card Animation
Controls how cards animate when you log in or when the index page refreshes/cycles.
Scan Widget
Adds a scan code widget to the index page for Kaizen submissions.
URL: Use the Kaizen link format provided by your site (example:)
https://example.org/kaizenYou can also add optional top and bottom text for the widget.
Main Wallpaper Type
Choose one option from the dropdown:
Image
Video
Important: The wallpaper type must match what you upload.
If you select Image but upload a video (or vice versa), the page may fail to load correctly.
Opacity
Adjusts how dark/light the wallpaper appears.
Example guidance:
0.01 = lighter
0.07 = darker
Link
The system automatically generates the media link or you can paste a link with an image to show.
Choose File
Upload your index background image/video here.
Thumbnail
Shows what is currently being displayed on the index page.
The Login Section works the same way as the index wallpaper.
