Entries

The Entries section of the calendar shows you how to add a new entry to the attendance calendar.


Add a new entry

  1. Click the yellow button above Entries.

  2. Fill in the entry fields:

Name
Select the team member taking PTO/EPTO.

Hours
Enter the time off request (example: 8 or 4 hours).

Shift
Select the correct shift.

NWNP (No Work, No Pay)
If the request is no work / no pay, check NWNP.

Date
Select the day the team member is requesting off.

Entries reflect on the mini cal, hover a dot and you will see the entry
