Attendance System Overview

This overview explains the main features of the Attendance Application home page, from the navigation bar to the summary and status indicators.


The navigation bar provides quick tools to manage attendance data:

Search
Live search that displays a real-time list of team members.

Download
Download a report showing member in/out status.

Set Out / In
Sets all members to Out or In at once. This is useful for resets at shift changes or system restarts.

Admin Button
Visible only to users with admin access. Allows management of members and system settings from this page.

KPI
Currently a work in progress.


Organization view (Org Chart)

The organization chart is not shown on the main index page.

To access it, enter the following URL in the navigation bar:
https://example.org/att-red/org

In this view, you can drag and drop members to organize and adjust team structure.


Status indicators

Status Indicators
These indicators show which members are currently in process.

Coverage Status
This status should be updated from “In Progress” to “Covered” once the team is fully staffed and coverage is confirmed.

Supervisor : Who's over the floor

Team(s) The group that is managed by your team leaders

Note on Team Names
Team 1 is a logical/system name and can be renamed to anything you prefer.
However, if changes or troubleshooting are needed later, it is important to know that the group is internally identified as Team 1.

Summery Table

When the team member taps on its avatar, and it switches from red to green the summary gets updated.

Open Process
This option can be hidden from the Admin Panel.

If a member’s name is changed (for example, from Ruben Franco to Open), the system will:
