The Attendance Search feature is a live search tool located in the top-right corner of the screen. Results update automatically as you start typing.

When searching and editing a member, you can update the following:
Team #
Changes the team assignment.
For example, changing a member from Team 1 to Team 2 moves them to that team.
Teams are system-generated as Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, and so on.
If you rename a team (alias), you must still know the original team number for future changes.
Role
Roles are assigned using codes:
Pro1: Process 1

TL: Team Leader (a green badge appears next to the name)

Buffer: Extra coverage within the team
Recommended structure: Team → TL → Pro1, Pro2, Pro3, Pro4 → Buffer
Temp: Temporary team member
TRN: Trainee (typically day-shift only)

Name
The team member’s name.
Status
Set whether the member is In or Out.
Proficiency
Displays a proficiency chart.
Note: This only works for TLs and STLs.

Avatar
Click the blue button to upload or update the member’s avatar.
Process Tag
Optional tag, useful for temporary members (example: Process 2).

Save
You must click Save for any changes to take effect.
Delete
Removes the member from the system.
