Summary Settings

The Summary Settings section allows you to hide specific roles or statuses from the summary box when they are not needed.

How it works

• Settings auto-save when changed

• Hidden items are excluded from the summary headcount

Available options

Hide STL
Removes Senior Team Leaders from the summary.

Hide Temp Team Member
Excludes temporary members from the summary.

Hide Open Process
Hides open/unfilled process slots.

Hide Trainee (Day Member)
Excludes trainees from the summary.

Exclude Trainee from Percentage
Removes trainees from percentage calculations (useful for accurate headcount reporting).
