Add New Team Member

The Add New Team Member section is used to create and add members to the system. It is important to assign the correct team and role during setup.


Member setup fields

Team Number
Select the team where the member will be assigned.

Role
Assign the member’s role. Role definitions are explained in more detail in the related help section.

Status
Choose the member’s status (typically In).

Team Member Name
Enter the member’s full name.

Avatar
Upload a photo of the team member.
If no image is uploaded, a default avatar will be used.

Tag
Useful for tagging temporary team members.
Use Temp as the keyword so the system correctly identifies and counts temporary members separately from production roles.


System user (optional)

System User
Create a login account for the member.

Create the username and password in this section if needed.

Once added, your users will be displayed in a compresses accordion where you can manage
