Hours Dashboard

What it is: The control panel for what the dashboard is looking at.

Fields

• Any day in month
  This chooses the month you’re viewing.
  Example: if you pick 02/14/2026, the dashboard shows Feb 1 → Feb 28.

• Department
  Filters the dashboard to one department

(example: Vuteq/10000/000450)

• Shift
  Filters to:

  • All = Red + White combined

  • Red Team

  • White Team

Button

• Apply
  Applies the filters and refreshes the charts + totals.

It is important to understand that the KPI displays results for Overall, Red, and White shifts.

It also sets the target trim stop date for each shift. Selecting the correct date is critical for accurate tracking.

It is highly recommended that a specialist or supervisor review and update this information daily.
