4S Cards

The 4S Cards section manages the cards shown on the main Dashboard (index page). In the next section, 4S Add New Cards, you’ll learn how to create a new card.

By default, your board is set up with 8 cards.

Index layout option (8 vs 10 cards)

The Index Layout toggle allows you to add two additional cards, bringing the total to 10 cards before the layout wraps into a third row.

Row field explanations

Move
Drag a card up or down to change its order. The new order will display on the Dashboard (index page).

ID
A unique number automatically assigned to each card.

Created
The date the card was created.

Controls
Edit an existing card. This works similarly to “Add New Card,” but lets you update a card after it has been created.

Active
Hide or show a card. This is useful if you want to temporarily remove a card without changing your overall layout.

Delete
Permanently removes the card. Deleted cards cannot be restored.
